Academy of Business Leaders students visit Dublin City University

Earlier this week, our MSc students flew off to Ireland to visit Dublin City University (DCU) as part of ABL's learning partnership with DCU.

Every year, the Academy of Business Leaders students reading for an MSc in Leadership and Organisational Behaviour from Dublin City University are invited for an on-campus visit. This year a total of 22 students got to experience first-hand what it’s like to study at one of Ireland’s top universities.

The three-day programme consisted of a campus tour, a meet and greet with tutors, classes and workshops delivered by DCU’s expert professors, and several off-campus activities. The Academy of Business Leaders students really made the most of experiencing the Irish culture; from trying out the local cuisine to going on a site visit to Enterprise Ireland.

DCU’s MSc in Leadership and Organisational Behaviour is the longest running specialised programme delivering organisational psychology education in Ireland and is exclusively offered in Malta by the Academy of Business Leaders. The Academy of Business Leaders became an accredited centre of DCU in 2016 and has since delivered the 24-month programme twice. The programme’s next intake is scheduled to take place in October of 2020.

Dublin City University offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses across five faculties and has over 17,000 registered students. The university was recently ranked 19th in the world and first in Ireland for its graduate employment rate and is the only Irish university which has been featured in the top 50 under 50 universities three times and also named ‘Irish University of the Year’ twice by the Irish Sunday Times over the last 10 years.

Launched in 2013, the Academy of Business Leaders empowers professionals desiring to further their education and business skills by offering accredited courses in leadership and management, coaching and mentoring, marketing, human resources, employment law, and finance.
